The village as a government, is very unique. Unique because, the village has a unique character that if equated with other forms of government will appear the term "the same but not similar".
As a government, the village presents the dynamics of politics as the government in general, which then followed by other dynamics. Social, cultural, economic and so on. Where the atmosphere and psychological is very different.
The village is the spearhead in a civilization. The strength of a country depends also on its productivity, economy, uniqueness, customs and traditions in its rural areas. If civilization and economy in the village are strong, then it will be a solid pillar for a country
