The nesting season for this parade is between December and May. The habit of this nias when laying eggs is to look for old trees or rotted trees, whose trunks are erect and tall, but others are looking for a place to lay eggs on the enau tree or aren.Beo nias use twigs, tree fibers and leaves to make the nest. Parent parrots incubate their 2 to 3 eggs for about 3 weeks. The egg color is light blue with patches of brown and purple. [4] The average egg size is 37 - 26 mm.
