The same problem here in Indonesia, overwhelmed stray cats.
You can sterillized them to control their population.
That will cost you but for the sake of both people and cats, it's the right thing to do.
Great job you've done by the way....
Getting them sterilized is a good recommendation, but also try to find someone to adopt them and take care of them, think on their feelings.
