Today I discuss about the protein requirement for the human body.
Proper nutritional intake, has been shown to provide many good benefits for the body, including improving brain power better. Similarly, proper protein intake, can improve the learning achievement of children. By eating the right protein intake pattern, it can also trigger the activity to be better, maintaining a healthy body by eating balanced nutrition is quite important, because the benefits derived from a healthy lifestyle like this can be felt directly every day.
Weight is ideal and good cognitive performance. Healthy life is also relieving stress and keep the mood, also the most important is to prevent dangerous diseases to perch to our body.
The protein consists of two types namely animal and vegetable. For animal protein is very important for the body because it has very many benefits of them is to make the growth of organs organs properly or repair damaged body cells, increase endurance, help growth.
Animal proteins also form the human brain and red blood cells are not easily broken, thereby directly improving brain function, thereby enhancing its performance and productivity. Animal proteins include chicken, beef, fish and eggs.
Regarding the requirement of the ideal daily protein intake for families according to the nutritional adequacy estimation is 1.0-1.5 gram per kg BW or 35-72 grams per school and adolescent per day. Animal protein needs 7-15 grams per day or 1-2 servings (60-120 g) per day. As well, protein for children 1-18 years is recommended higher than that consumed by adults.
