Coolinary Festival

A total of 10,000 grilled meatballs were sold out by visitors to Malang Coolinary Festival.

All of these grilled meatballs are provided free for visitors who come to the biggest culinary festival at Rampal Square, Malang, East Java.

The distribution of grilled meatballs is carried out in 2 different days.

On the first day, Saturday (1/9/2018), as many as 5,000 first meatballs were distributed since 12:45 WIB.

The grilled meatballs were finished distributed on Saturday night.

On the second day, Sunday (09/09/2018), as many as 5,000 grilled meatballs were again distributed at the same time.

When visitors start lining up, the row of meatballs is burned with soy sauce in front of the visitors' eyes.

The grilled meatballs are then put into a plastic cup with the soy sauce.

Then, meatballs were distributed.

Because the distribution of grilled meatballs is a collaboration between Bakso President and Teh Pucuk Harum, the queued visitors are required to bring 2 bottles of fragrant Pukuk Harum tea either empty or empty.

The two bottles are then exchanged for 1 stick of grilled meatballs.

Well, visitors who have got meatballs can add chili sauce and complementary ingredients, namely fried onions to taste.

Jackson, who worked at Meatball President, said that there were 2 types of meatballs provided, namely fine meatballs and rough meatballs, aka meatballs.

According to Jackson, the meatballs that are most in demand are rude meatballs.

Meanwhile, Fitria, a visitor to the Coolinary Festival, said that this event was interesting and was the first time it was held in Malang.

The Coolinary Festival shoot with the theme 'Discover Your Favorite Taste' is the biggest culinary festival involving 100 food tenants in the city of Malang.

A total of 100 tenants were divided into 3 favorite taste zones namely Sweet Zone, Savory Zone and Spicy Zone.
