The first spring mushrooms.
Today I came across in the woods the first spring mushrooms. This is gyromitra ordinary. It is considered conditionally edible, but in fact, and I'm sure will agree with many experienced mushroom pickers, this is a very tasty mushroom, and it is a pleasure.
Most importantly, before cooking it should be well washed and boiled. And you should do with all the mushrooms without exception, no matter what group they belong to.
