ok well, I think you have a great deal of self discipline if you can actually eat to live instead of everyone else who lives to eat!
What is the typical cost of a meal there? In dollars?

Of course it depends on what you order, and where you go. At the Unicorn, the dish of scampi and the dish of gammon steak is about $7 USD. A pint of beer about $3 USD. So, it is not bad.
The weather at the moment is 24 C. It will get warmer later in the month.
Howdy today sir Vincent! well, $7 for that meal would be dirt cheap here, undoable actually. maybe you can find a hamburger for $7. I think they make their money on the beer though!

Business is very competitive here. Too many restaurants.
24C is nice, but when there is a breeze, it chills to the bone. I am from the tropics, so it is not easy for me to adapt. It will get better later in the month.

howdy sir Vincent! yes sir as soon as we get the guest house built, that way you can have some privacy but yes that is our plan, to build a guest house and have people come and stay if they want! The only condition is that you have to wear a Cowboy hat!
