Obesitas
Tubuh yang gemuk (obesitas) memiliki jumlah sperma yang lebih sedikit dibanding dengan lelaki yang mempunyai berat badan normal.
Bukan hanya jumlah sperma saja yang sedikit, akan tetapi jumlah sperma yang aktif dan mampu bergerak cepat juga lebih sedikit. Tentu ini akan memengaruhi kesuburan sperma.
Hal ini disebabkan karena pada tubuh lelaki yang gemuk terjadi perubahan jumlah koleksi protein yang dapat berpengaruh pada fungsi dan daya tahan hidup sperma.
