I tried this sensitive sweet preparation and no luck today ☺️☺️
Mom was laughing at my mis 😁 saying that they look like pakoda, not jamoon.
She was true, I didn't get the sensitivity of preparing the jamoon balls before frying
Here are some pictures while I fry them
and finally it looked like this when soaked in sugar syrup
