Hi everyone,
It's again Davanagere. Davanagere is a place and very famous for Benne Dose(Butter Dosa)
Dose is special as it's Butter fried. Frying butter on hot pan gives an awesome aromatic smell.

Open Dose as name explains the dose is served open. Mixed lentil powder is sprayed after the dose is fried in butter
