Let me share this photo as my fourth "#ulography" (ulog + photography = ulogrpahy).

Pork Sisig

The dish above is the popular pork sisig.

This dish is originated from the culinary capital of the Philippines:Pampanga and invented by late Lucia Cunanan or also known as Aling Lucing- the sisig queen in the Philippines!

Pork Sisig is a popular appetizer but it can also be categorized as a main dish.

Whenever I ate pork sisig, I always have a sauce like the photo above.
