Today is the day to make my artisan Portuguese bread to deliver in Fortaleza here in the state of Ceará in Brazil.

I want to share with you the Luso-Brazilian cooperation works and well here in the Mr. José Candido's Bakery, which is Brazilian and allows me to use the space to make my bread.

Hoje é dia de fazer o meu pão português artesanal para entregar em Fortaleza aqui no estado do Ceará no Brazil.
Quero compartilhar com voçês a cooperação Luso-brasileira funciona e bem aqui na Padaria do sr José Candido que é brasileiro e me permite usar o seu espaço para fazer o meu pão.
Enquanto ele faz carioquinhas ou de massa doce eu me dedico ao tradicional pão rústico português tipo alentejano.

My bread baking is on a smaller scale, I admire all that can make bread both taste and look good. My breads tend to look a bit strange ;) But since bread is here to be eaten and not to be looked at I don't care!
I agree with you taste is the more important in bread. The look helps in comercial matter.
