in steemit need a process to succeed

in the illustrations I made I intend to convey the implicit meaning is for example ladder is needed to go somewhere where we have to climb one by one ladder to the same as @steemit process and stages need to go through to successfully reach the expectation start from base of introduction until trick trim that can be done.
