Sleeping for eveyone.
Good sleeping is necessary for everyone.If we cann't sleep well; we will feel headache;exhausted and other diseases.So we have to sleep well.
But Sleeping hours can't be same for each.
I think starting of sleeping time should not be late.If we go to bed late; we will not get up early.Sleeping is very important for our mental health.
Everybody can work well if sleeping hour is enough.
Sometimes we cann't sleep well for our thoughts.If we have anxiety; anger and jealousy; we cann't sleep well.So we have to take out our thoughts in mind.
Sometimes we take a sleeping pill when we cann't sleep well.That is not good.I think that we have to do relaxation if we cann't sleep well.Finally I would like to say my opinion.If you want to be successful in your life; you sleep well.
