THR, which stands for Hari Raya allowance is non-wage income which must be paid by the entrepreneur to the worker / laborer or his family ahead of Religious Days.
THR, in practice is actually used to meet the needs of the increasingly approaching and during the holidays, such as clothing, food, and fare. But not infrequently, THR only runs out for things that if thought is actually not really a necessity, for example vacation, eat, or ngamplop to relatives who are still children. This has become commonplace in our country. Money spent at least hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars.
The use of THR for things that (should) not be a priority as above is done by the people of Indonesia. Already part of the culture and customs. THR is gone instantly, as the name suggests Allowance (which is only for) Hari Raya. Money just passing by. It is unfortunate if one month's salary runs out less than a week. Boros, and the people of Indonesia actually already know the side effects of THR that one. If you already know so, then why not divide the priority of use of THR and save the rest for future purposes? It should be right?
