Bohromrom or also known as bako duek beudeh cake, this cake is made from glutinous flour wrapped with grated coconut,
how to make it very easy;
100 grams of glutinous rice flour
20 grams of hot water
20 grams of cold water
100 grams of brown sugar (sliced)
2 pieces of pandan leaves
75 grams of grated coconut (steamed with a pinch of salt)
Combine glutinous rice, salt and hot water. Mix well. Pour cold water, stirring until the dough is smooth. Take one teaspoon of dough fill with stuffing that is Java sugar. Round and heat water with pandan leaves until boiling. Enter the dough, remove, roll over the grated coconut and serve.
