Happiness is a Choice

Good morning my fellow Steemians,
There's this wrong supposition that happy people are those who have everything going well for them. Well, that assumption is very wrong.

There are many people who are sick, dejected and imprisoned yet they still find a way to be happy. It isn't about what's happening around them. It's about what's happening "within" them.

So, you need to see happiness as a choice and make that conscious decision to be happy no matter what you are going through.

If you are going through anything, choose to go through it "happily". Because happiness is a choice. ~ProfLee
