Socialization of regulations on the maintenance of livestock
In order to implement the regulation (qanun) of North Aceh regency number 2 2014 on the curbing of livestock raising, today the Meurah Mulia sub-district government together with police, soldiers, village heads and traditional leaders in Meurah Mulia district socialize joint decisions on animal husbandry livestock that has been agreed a few days ago in the office of the head of government Meurah Mulia.
socialization is done by announcing loudspeakers to all villages using patrol cars passing all the way.
It aims to advance the Meurah Mulia , and the liberation of farmer crops from the disturbance of livestock.
The agreed rules are;
Prohibited from shepherding, releasing or allowing large livestock roam at; pasil of worship (mosque, musalla, sharpen). Pasil education (schools, dayah,). Market, city yard, residential area, and farmland.
For those who violate it will be subject to fines among others; if found cattle and buffaloes it will be subject to a fine of 150,000 Rupiah. While the goat or sheep will be fined 75,000 Rupiah per head.
Implementation of the regulation gets the pros and cons of the local community. Parts of those who have many farm animals do not agree with the regulation. While for farmers, this is a very good breakthrough for them.
