I don't know if all foods containing grain are poison or not but there is a good chance the majority of it because most grain/soybean/corn are all genetically modified and doused in herbicides and pesticides! Some people even believe the gluten allergy is actually caused by these chemicals, it's trying to warn the body we are eating toxic food. It makes sense but there is no hard data proof.
