orange leaves are dark green and fresh, smooth and slippery when held, then free from brown stains or white patches. Avoid using orange leaves that have yellowed, began to dry, and stained, because usually the flavor and aroma of the citrus leaves is less than the maximum on the cuisine, and orange dau is very stout in front of my house.
