"Weaving" itself has distinctive characteristics that vary, depending on the motives and areas that produce it.
From sources that I know there are some regions in Indonesia that produce this woven fabric.
Nusa Tenggara Timur area
Jambi area
Balinese areas, including the Aceh region.
