And... Definitely give your brain a vacation for sure! I think we are all guilty of overloading the brain with media, so you're certainly not the only one. Unless you're off the grid, you're probably online these days..haha right?
It is all about balance. I need to read this to myself as a reminder, so even I struggle sometimes. The creative well will replenish when you starve your mind. Deprive it for a short time and it will handle overload / tilt capacity a bit easier.
