#ULOG - 017 DINNER AT JOLLIBEE JEDDAH, KSA | FEEL AT HOME

Last night I accompanied my colleague who is about to go home to Philippines for good. After working for a little more than 10 years here in Saudi Arabia finally he decided to resign and will be in the Philippines in about 5 days time.

I think this is one of every OFW’s ultimate dreams. To go home for good and be able to live with their loved ones.

Actually deciding on whether to go exit or not is not an easy task. It takes a lot of courage in order for a particular OFW to draw a final decision. That means you have to consider a lot of things otherwise you will end up full of regrets.

The reason is because you will be facing a new challenges in life. A drastic change is ahead of you. I mean as to earnings, there will be a big difference like when you are earning here in Saudi Arabia an amount ranging from 50-70 Thousand pesos a month, you will only earn around 20K the most when you are already in the Philippines, and that depends on so many things.

Although to be with your family is the best consolation there, you may be earning small but at least you see your kids every day.

Anyhow, my colleague bought a DSLR camera last night so we accompanied him and while they are busy checking the camera, I was also busy taking pictures of anything I found interesting. I got a lot of them but I just selected those photos that I find amazingly taken, at least for me .

After completing the purchase as well as checking the condition of the item bought, I asked my colleague to treat us a tasty and yummy dinner 😊.

Yes we don’t do this more often as it is quite expensive here in Saudi Arabia.

I’m glad he conformed so we had a good dinner at Jollibee, the place in which when I eat there I usually feel that I am just in the Philippines.
