RM0.50 Per Entry?

Hi guys, this was the key to enter a washroom at an Indian Restaurant here near Dongonggon. It was quite common for the customers to take the keys from the counter but this was the first time I came across the key chain was an empty can of used condensed milk. The words were written " RM0.50 per entry for non customers. It was quite hillarious actually🤣🤣
