May be a different day for Bangladesh on May 4. On that day, the 'Bangabandhu Satellite' will be leaving the space station.

US-based private space exploration and technology company Flexcon 9 rocket of 'SpaceX' will fly with the Bangabandhu satellite from the launch pad of Cape Pipavaral in Florida.

Earlier, on December 16, Bangabandhu was scheduled to launch a satellite, but Hurricane Arma suffered extensive damage in Florida due to satellite launch from Cape Pavilion after the launch of satellite launchers in different countries.

Bangabandhu Satellite has been built in France's Talas Elinya Space Facility. After the construction, examination, review and transfer, it is sent on the special cargo plane by the launch of the Cape Purchase Vehicle.

In the meanwhile, the launch of the satellite, weighing three.7 pounds, has started launching the 'launch campaign'.

Prior to launch, the project has been conceptualized by the project director Md. Mejbahuzzaman.

He told bdnews24.com that there are four parts in the Falcon 9 rocket. The upper part will be satellites, then the adapter. Then there is Stage-2 and the bottom is Stage-1.

At the time of the launch, the rocket was launched after all types of tests, the project director said, "After the launch, the stage one will start rolling up to the top; He will be driven by a strong force in space.

Mejbahuzzaman said, to see this launch, the occupants will have to stay three to four kilometers away from the launch space. Less than seven minutes will be seen, soon after the high speed rocket goes out of sight.

After a period of time, the stage 1 of the rocket opens downwards, and then starts the stage-2. Re-usable Stage-1 Stage-2, when it comes to the Earth, takes a satellite from a specific distance and goes into the space.

The project director said, "The first step is the Launch and Argye Orbit Phew (Leop), and the second step is Satellite in Orbit. The LEOP step will take 10 days and the next step will take 20 days.

The project director said this satellite will go 36,000 kilometers away from the launch site. After 35 thousand 700 kilometers of rocket stage 2 will be opened.



Ground Station was built at Gazipur and Batbunya for Bangabandhu Satellite

After the satellite is opened, its control will go to the United States, Italy and Korea's three ground stations. Mezbahuzzaman said, "The satellite will control the satellite from these three stations, orbit orbit (119.1 east longitude slab) in its own orbit."

He said that the satellite will take around 20 days to get full control, and after the launch of the satellite, its control will be handed over to the Ground Station of Bangladesh.

Ground Station of Bangabandhu Satellite has been set up in Joydebpur of Gazipur and Betubuniya of Rangamati.

Mejbahuzzaman said South Korea launched a satellite from the same place on October 30 last year.

"Our satellite will be launched the same way. There were KT or Korean satellites written. In our satellite it seems Bibi will be written and there will be a government log

He said that the full launch will be shown on May 4 on the website of SpaceX.

The government hopes, the cost of launching this satellite will be saved, at present, that costs $ 14 million for foreign satellite rentals.

There will be 40 transponders in the Bangabandhu satellite, 20 of which will be kept for use in Bangladesh and the rest will be possible to earn foreign currency.
