Hallo steemian, sebelum mulai postingan ini saya sebelumnya mengucapkan terima kasih untuk semua yang telah upvote pada postingan saya yang lalu dan semoga kita dapat terus menulis artikel yang berguna.

Pada postingan kali ini saya akan mencoba menjelaskan tentang positioner yang pada industri yang besar digunakan sebagai peralatan untuk mengatur bukaan valve sehingga proses dapat kontrol sehingga pabrik dapat bekerja dengan normal.
Nah, ada beberapa bagian pada positioner yang harus terlebih dahuli disesuaikan pada valve sebelum di pasang yaitu aksi dari valve itu sendiri yang terdapat hanya 2 pilihan yaitu DA untuk direct action yang artinya apabila input naik maka outputnya juga akan naik atau RA untuk revers action dimana apabila input naik maka output akan turun.

Kemudian masuk kebagian pada positioner tersebut yang terdiri dari spring dan relay sebagai penggerak positioner tersebut untuk membuka atau menutup valve.

Then enter the inner corner on the Positioners consisting of spring and the relay as the driving force of the Positioners to open or close the valve.

Tahap terakhir sebelum memasang positioner pada valve adalah menentukan cam bukaan valve. Secara umum ada 3 cam yang dapat digunakan berdasarkan kebutuhan dari valve proses tersebut yaitu : linierity, equal presentag, dan quick opening. Hal itu dapat dilihat masing berdasarkan jenis valve yang tertera pada buku manual masing-masing.

The last stage before installing Positioners on valve cam is determining the valve openings. In general there are 3 cam can be used based on the needs of the process valve are: linierity, equal presentag, and quick opening. It can be seen each one based on the type of valve that is indicated in the respective manual book.
