Health is one of the main keys for you to experience a happy life. One way is to exercise regularly. Your body will feel fresh, not easily tired and resistant to disease. There are many types of sports you can do, either alone or with friends. Sports with friends will be more fun and make you not easily bored. The type of sport you can do with your friends is the sport of the game. Maybe the name of the game is still quite foreign to your ears, but it is very often you find in everyday.
