U-19 national team of a group with a team that had won the Asian Cup U-19 previous edition.
AFC has hosted the U-19 Asian Cup group draw in one of the luxury hotels in Jakarta, Friday (18/5) evening. Indonesia as the host is in pot 1 with Japan, Vietnam and Saudi Arabia.

A series of high-ranking PSSI such as secretary general of Queen Tisha Destria to executive duty chairman Joko Driyono present witnessed the draw. Even with the head coach of Garuda Nusantara, Indra Sjafri.

U-19 national team as the hosts automatically occupy Group A and caught to compete with China Taipei, 2014 edition champion Qatar and the collector of one title, United Arab Emirates (champion in 2008).

Defending champions Japan occupies Group B and meet other seeded teams. Group B is most interesting because it is inhabited by teams of North Korea, Thailand and Young Samurai.

U-19 Asian Cup will be held on October 18 to November 4 in the Greater Jakarta area. Stadium proposed by PSSI include Gelora Bung Karno, Pakansari, Wibawa Mukti and Patriot Candrabhaga.
