image maybe incorrect as this strain is no more in production

The cotton candy Kush is a double phenotype cannabis strain with one of its phenotype taking the headlines of our previous review, and surely that got some stuck on this strain or probably few are still yet to wake from the slumber this strain dragged them into and are only hoping we would wait till they are fully awake… lol. But that’s not coming, we’ve got a lot to shoot for and for sure we are off the first phenotype of the cotton candy Kush and off we go for yet another issue of the cannapedia series, it’s the forty-sixth series and don’t forget I promised everyone a cup of champagne when we get to the fifth decade of this series, it’s been a long run and with half a century in sight, everyone is surely delighted on what the future holds… it’s bright, I mean the future…lol

A little flashback, we discussed one of the phenotypes of the cotton candy Kush cannabis strain the last time we met, with two phenotypes in the books, we moved first with the strain with African origin, maybe because I’m an African, lol, not at all. The previously discussed phenotype of the cotton candy Kush is a hybrid of two South African strains, the lavender and the power plant cannabis strains. Produced by Delicious seeds company, this strain is Indica dominant with about 70% Indica and a THC level of up to 20% ensures that the Indica effects gets to the cerebrals in a well-perceived fashion, the Indica effects are responsible for its medicinal abilities… Read more on this, just flip a page to the left.

The second phenotype of the cotton candy Kush is also an Indica dominant strain produced by Vancouver Island-based federation seeds company via the cross breeding of the Indica dominant Afghani cannabis strain and the sativa dominant Haze, this strain is much more older than the previously reviewed phenotype of the cotton candy Kush being grown and circulated in Canada many years ago, however production of this strain have stopped over the years for certain reasons which remains obscured, very unfortunate.
However, before this halt in production, this strain was known to be a very good cannabis, with its effects being distinct from the earlier discussed phenotype…

This Cotton Candy Kush has more balanced effects than Delicious Seeds’ version. It comes on quickly, elevating mood and stimulating cerebral activity. This thoughtfulness is soon accompanied by a creeping feeling of body melt that can help users move more slowly and breathe more easily without totally immobilizing them.

With THC level of 17-22% this strain is a potent analgesic strain with good abilities in getting rid of incidental pain and aches and also pain due to injuries or conditions such as lupus. It is also a potent answer for cases of depression and anxiety, sad enough this strain is not found in the dispensaries anymore and as you’d expect, the growth details are a bit obscure, however, moderate yield was recorded with flowering starting in about eight weeks of growth.
