RE: Properties by the water

in #esteem6 years ago

The last home with one long balcony on the first floor where everyone could meet at the end of the day and enjoy a sun-downer would be my choice. It looks more like a home, not so disjointed with too many balconies protruding out.

Nice photography presenting beach homes, well out of my league pocket wise, also imagine when spring tides hit, sitting hoping the water does not come up too high.

Thanks for your visit, that last one does look more homely with a bit of style

I think these properties hve faired fairly well in the Storms since i have been here, unlike some other areas where there was so much devastation especially from Super Storm Sandy that was so ad to see, one house was washed away completely and so many damaged badly

Living close to the sea or a river is one thing, living on them another story.

Nature moves on her own path, all these reclaimed areas to live on, actually not a great idea, the cost involved is always excessively high, on top of that the endless possibilities of future problems.

Yes I do so agree my ideal place would be well away from the beach to be safe in storms but close enough to walk or bike there
