lol...ignorant fools! lol...I'm not laughing at you sir Vincent because there are some horrible graffiti markings but I was thinking that in so many cities they have fabulous artwork done on the sides of buildings and such like you showed in Spain so I guess it just depends on the artist. But yes, eliminating all of it gets rid of the garbage too so I can see why they would.
