Howdy sir hananali! so it should be 6 or so in the evening there now and you are probably having your evening meal, what did you have to eat? Are you usually at home with your mother for the evening meal? How is she doing? When you say 4 past midday do you mean it's around noon or 12pm?
I'm doing great, just going through my comments and getting ready to put another post together.

It was 4 PM that time and yes I do eat something light with tea at supper time. It's 10 past 10 and we are done with the dinner, mum just made her special tea that she takes before sleeping and I like it too.
I love eating and I keep eating one eatable or the other everytime but The problem is that I forget as soon as I am done eating lol
