Trapped in every follower is a hidden leader. Every human being including those we think are not intelligent or capable possesses leadership qualities.
From the beginning of the world, there are no two exact people. We are all very unique.
Unfortunately, most people don't know this, neither do they act like leaders.
Though everyone was born to lead, most would die as followers because only few would be able to discover their leadership qualities and take the courage to do it.
It would therefore be right in this context to say that out of many who are called, only a few would be chosen.
Discovering ones leadership ability is not just the end of it. Being a leader is not easy.
Most people fight for leadership positions, but would fail miserable at it because there are lots of rules one needs to follow to become a great leader.
