History of Lamborghini and Ferrari
This Aventador manufacturer was founded by a founder of a tractor company, Ferruccio Lamborghini. The tractor under the Lamborghini Trattori brand was also built from the abundant raw material of military production after World War II.
After World War II, the famous Lamborghini as a reliable mechanic in the Italian Air Force produced a tractor business whose raw materials came from surplus military equipment. Unexpectedly, his business was also growing rapidly and expanding into the infrastructure sector, especially for heating and air conditioning equipment.
Ferruccio Lamborghini also turned into a wealthy and finally wrestling with an expensive hobby by buying a Ferrari 250 GT. However, the car actually caused disappointment. Because, he was frustrated because of the problem of the clutch to finally meet Enzo Ferrari to ask for advice.
Not the answer he got, Enzo Ferrari threw a comment that offended Ferrucio Lamborghini. "The problem is not the car, but the driver!" Ferrari said.
What's worse, Ferrari threw a spicy remark by telling Lamborghini to take care of the tractor. Feeling insulted, Lamborghini vowed to create a vehicle that would break the charm of Ferrari.
After that, Lamborghini began to seriously work on the car. He also took advantage of a city called San'Agta as the production base of his cars. In the early days, former Ferrari employees Giotto Bizzarini, Franco Scaglione and Gian Paolo Dallara were invited to join.
The task of the three former Ferrari workers was very clear: making a luxurious and powerful GT capable of reaching speeds of 241 km / hr. Finally, the car manufacturer which was named the same as its founder succeeded in making the Lamborghini 350GT and made its public debut in March 1964 at the Geneva Auto Show.
