Fajur's father-in-police surrender

Shahjalal University of Science and Technology Professor Mohammad Zafar Iqbal surrendered to the father-in-law of Faizur Rahman Fayzul. On Sunday night, Faizur's father Atiqur Rahman and mother Minara Begum surrendered to the Jalalabad Police Station of Sylhet city.

Sylhet Metropolitan Police Additional Deputy Commissioner Jyotirmoy Sarker said in the first light, parents of the attacker Mohammad Zafar Iqbal, who had surrendered to the police station on Sunday night in Fayzur Rahman.

Earlier, on Sunday afternoon, Fazur Rahman, the attacker, was attacked in the custody of prominent writer and professor Muhammad Zafar Iqbal. After that, the police admitted Faizur Rahman to the hospital. Fajur was taken to the hospital under the supervision of doctors.

Professor Mohammad Zafar Iqbal was stabbed in the ambush by Fayzur Rahman on the campus of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet. This incident took place on Saturday afternoon during a program at the university's Open Market. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal was then in the audience. In the incident, eyewitness students assaulted the attacking young man. Later, the police and university's Proctorial Body members kept the young man in a room of the education building. Law Enforcement Force has fired at Fazzur Rahman's house attacking professor Jafar Iqbal. The house is located at the Peakpara of Kumargaon of the university campus. Fazlur Rahman, the ousted leader of his uncle Sunamganj District Farmer League, was arrested from there.
