Wednesday Propellant - The Earth has an ear, Speak to it.

Man was made from dust;
Man will return to dust

Plants grow on the soil;
So our food generates from the ground
Even Iron, gold, silver, coal, etc

So it is a generally accepted fact that everything has its roots from the ground. When Adam was deceived and his judgement was meted out, God cursed(spoke to) the ground and not Adam himself and everything went south from there.

A prophet said in Jeremiah. 22:29
“Earth, Earth, hear the word of The Lord”

This means that everything, animate or inanimate, living and non-living has “an ear”, so it can actually hear.

This is where most people ruin things in their lives.

They open their business centers this morning, and the business which has an ear and ready for command hears a command prompt that says “Business is bad, no profits today, no sales today, no customer today, etc”, and business begins to produce after what it has heard.

A family that has a child that has been misbehaving and maybe heady, the child starts acting “like a child” and the mum or dad starts calling him/her names..”you are stubborn, you are useless, i doubt if you are my child, blablabla” and the child keeps responding to what he/she has been hearing.

You see a lady keep saying, there are no good men anywhere, they are all cheating, etc and funny enough, they have not been in any relationship before, they just heard other people who are hurt say it, they believe it and become so hostile to men and before you know, they seem not to meet any good man in their lives.

A guy who has been living in a boisterous city gets admission to study in a less developed environment and you see him sulking and complaining about how dry the place is, always looking forward to holidays to run home. The ground has heard it all, and before you know, brother is always sick, his clothes spread in the hostel is stolen, he wakes up one day and he has been robbed of his phone, misfortune upon misfortune.

The list is endless..

I learnt an important lesson from my boss a while ago, one of his daughters was jumping up and down, playing and scattering the place, we tried to make her stop but she refused, because of the too much play, a lady who was in his office said, “Pastor, your daughter is very stubborn”, he replied, “she is not stubborn, she is just agile”. This same girl was given biscuits and the lady in the office asked her to share her biscuit, this child refused and the lady said “Pastor, your daughter is stingy”, pastor replied, “she is not stingy, she is just childish i.e. acting like a child”.

That message landed deeply within me. Speak life(right words) to any situation in your life, because

The word of God in your mouth has the same power with the words in God’s mouth, and when God speaks, EVERYTHING RESPONDS; EVERYTHING ADJUSTS.
