Broccoli tumis
Main ingredients
broccoli 250 gr (washed, cut into pieces)
250 g cauliflower (washed, cut into pieces)
tomato fruit, cored, cut lengthwise
2 fresh red peppers, sliced slices
leek 1 stalk, sliced iris
ginger 1/2 cm, cut into two pieces
onion 1/4 fruit, rough slices
garlic 1 cloves, crushed and finely sliced
instant chicken broth
cooking oil
pepper
salt to taste

How To Make Broccoli Saute Sauce:
Saute the onion with oil for a while. Then add the garlic, and chili stirring, enter 150 cc water, put cauliflower and broccoli, mix well. Cook until vegetable slightly wilted.
Add instant broth, cook until boiling, add ginger, salt to taste, before lifted add leek. Turn off the fire, lift and serve
