Promoted posts are not blurry on feeds, but they are made blurry on @esteemapp posts for a reason to no violate rights of the authors. It gives links to promoted posts and thumbnail blurred, but if you open post itself or if you see that post on eSteem app Feeds, it will not be blurred.
