As I can see you could search for joker and filter with tags like this:

Can you add sort into search field?

Of course, I can always directly call an URL like this:

https://search.esteem.app/search?q=*%20tag:actifit,running&s=newest

Question:

• does your search return EVERY post?

Because steemit's search is selective and intentionaly forgets older and less relevant posts.

I guess my question should be rephrased as 'does hivemind indexes every post' ...
