Recipe: Potatoes Creamed Chicken Liver
If the little one is not willing to eat rice, try create a savory soft creamed potato. Chicken liver toppings will supplement his nutritional intake.
Ingredients:
2 (300 g) potatoes,
peeled fresh milk, 200 ml

1 tsp salt
Sauteed livers:
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
-2 pieces chicken liver, poached-30 g carrots, diced
-4 pieces of string beans, finely sliced
– 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1/2-tsp pepper powder
-1/2 tsp salt
Complement:
-Chicken broth
How to make:
• Steamed potatoes until tender. Lumatkan while it is hot.
• Mix with milk, pepper and mix well.
• Liver Stir Fry:
• Sauté garlic until fragrant.
• Add the chicken livers, carrots and string beans, mix well.
• Add seasoning, stir, lift.
• Place the potatoes in a serving bowl of creamed.
