Ingredients
2 bunch of kale
100 gr of small shrimp peeled
3 cloves of garlic
4 thin red onion slices

4 tbs water
3 tbsp oil
Ebi sufficiently

Salt to taste
How to make
Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant
Add the shrimp and cook until it changes color
Add chili
Enter the watercress, ebi, sugar, salt and water to taste.
