Walking along the natural beauty of Aceh Jaya is fun too. Many charming natural attractions are not yet crowded with tourists.
Beaches in Aceh Jaya Regency are no less interesting than other beaches. Here, with the charm of natural scenery that is pollution-free even though it is located on the edge of a national road that is often passed by traffic by road drivers.
Last week I took leave from the office a few days to return to Aceh's hometown. The trip from Surabaya to Banda Aceh is approximately 5 and a half hours including transit in Jakarta.
When I arrived in Banda Aceh, my brother invited me to play in Calang, Aceh Jaya Regency. Known tourist attractions and views of the beach are no less interesting with other tourism in Indonesia, one of them is the beach at the foot of Mount Geurutee located in Lamno, the border between Aceh Jaya Regency and Aceh Besar. About 1 hour 30 minutes from Banda Aceh City, the capital of Aceh Province.
Geurutee Mountain is precisely located in Lamno City. Maybe you are familiar with hearing about blue-eyed Acehnese. It is said that historically the descendants of Portuguese soldiers whose ships were once stranded on the coast of the Kingdom of Daya and held captive by the king who once ruled the region in the 16th century.
The Portuguese soldiers who were captured in the area eventually converted to Islam, married to local residents while adopting Acehnese traditions in their lives from generation to generation.
Along the way we can see the beauty of nature and the beaches are still rarely touched by tourists. Maybe only a few local tourists take photos at a glance at the local location. The location is still quiet, maybe tourism here is not yet widely publicized.
there are some hilly points along the way we can usually see a bunch of monkeys roaming in the middle of the road. Maybe for a traveler who is driving to be careful because there are many animals hanging around.
Then not a few riders feed the monkeys, and it looks like the friendly monkey doesn't bite as long as we don't just behave strangely during the trip.
My trip from Banda Aceh to Calang takes approximately 2-3 hours. Although the road conditions go up and down and meanders along the way we can enjoy the views of the hills, forests and beaches that spoil the eyes.
Then 3 hours is not a long time to reach the destination. One more thing that makes this area has its own attraction besides its natural beauty, the road conditions are quiet and free of traffic jams. Unlike other tourist areas located in the vicinity of major cities such as Malang, Bogor and surrounding areas.
In Calang, we tour to Panorama Beach, which presents beautiful scenery. Naturally, it is called Panorama Beach because here we can enjoy beautiful ocean views and while on vacation with family. Besides that, Panorama Beach is also the right destination for seeing the beauty of the sunset with the sunset silhouette in the middle of the ocean.
