Hi steem friends. As is known now Muslims all over the world are conducting fasting Ramadan for a month. Generally people of Aceh make a cake for fasting meal meal in Ramadan. Well, on this day I make Timphan Balot as a meal breaking the fast.

Material

Skin dough :

1/2 kilogram bread
Enough water
Pandanus 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste.

To create its content :

Coconut 2 grains
Chicken eggs
Jackfruit
Sugar to taste

How to make the dough :

Combine bread flour And water into 1 container then stir until blended until the dough is thickened, then add Pomegranate juice for pewarnanya then add salt to taste, stir until evenly so that the dough evenly.

How to create content :

Put the jackfruit into a container, the first jackfruit ² in the blender before cooking. Jackfruit is put into a container mixed with eggs and put in enough coconut milk and add enough sugar, stir until blended and then cooked using a stove, so it does not feel fishy and so do not quickly stale.

How to make :

Heat Teflon then add a little cooking oil to just wet the Teflon so the dough is not sticky, then pour the dough as you wish, wait until it dries a bit and then put it into a plate and then put the contents (essentially) onto the dough, then rolled until the dough and the core united.
