Here in Venezuela, 250 dollars is a lot of money. I hope to continue working here in steemit and be able to gather to buy one. To have 250 you would have to work like a year and a half

I wish you all the best. Enjoy your cake experience. My Mom did the wedding cakes and taught classes on decorating. So I picked up some of it. I will be doing a cake for Abbi this weekend.

May I ask what flavor extract do you use in your cakes most often? Do you make your own icing?

Surely it will be delicious. Lately I only use vanilla. And if I prepare my meringue and I also love to prepare butter cream but it is more expensive to make it. Merengue and butter cream I like to add pineapple coconut extract is delicious.
Mom would use Almond extract in cakes and icings.
