Many people are losing their memory due to work and life pressure. It is heard that many people are now losing their memory.

But retention is a challenge in a busy life. That's why the right approach is needed. Below are some of the ways to retain memory:

  1. Continue on routine: An easy way to increase your memory is to create a routine job, and to do it. Our brain can remember a lot if we do any of our routines.
