Puasa menahan diri dari makan dan minum dan dari segala hal yang membatalkan puasa. Menu buka puasa bukanlah menjadi panduan untuk sebuah pahala yang akan kita dapatkan namun lebih kepada bagaimana kita mensyukuri apa yang akan buka menjadi penutup puasa hari ini
