Bahan-bahan:
1 ikat bayam
1/4 kg udang (kupas)
1 buah wortel
3 buah putren
Bawang putih (cincang halus)
secukupnya Garam, gula
Minyak untuk menumis
Cara buatnya
Cuci bersih semua bahan
Tumis bawang putih cincang hingga harum
Masukkan udang, wortel dan putren
Terakhir masukkan bayam beri sedikit air (2 sendok makan),tambahkan garam dan gula cek rasa.
