I did think about the scenario also but decided to grind it a little more. With a lot of luck I will receive a card which is worth a lot of steem.
Did received a golden foil Sacred Unicorn 🦄 and sold it for 130 steem. That is what keeps me going!

I made it into Gold easily this season but can’t get into Diamond! This grind will be tough with the time left but agree worth it. I am still debating where my next effort will be to improve my deck but excited for the prospects of card delegation and what they can do to fund future purchases!

I would not like to see the card delegating being implemented!
Lots of Steemmonster whales do have multiple max out decks. It would be easy for them to delegate them out to a secondary account and reaping more rewards. Leaving the small players behind with even less peanuts!
If this goes through I will try it for one season and probably quit after then!
Also it will decrease the value of the cards again! Why purchase a card if you can get it delegated for less money?

Interesting perspective but from what I read the card delegation would be for individual battles to target their use for tournaments and not seasons. I think of as a way to test what cards can help the deck or team before buying it, but you have a great point. I am personally looking to do something with the load of beta cards I am not using. I trust the developers will watch carefully and adjust to protect engagement and value.

Let's hope they do!

Now I'm officially jealous, lol! I don't really like to play the life splinter, but I do love the 'My Little Badass Pony'. Every time I open my reward cards, I'm hoping to get a shiny one :0)
Plus, a card worth 130 Steem is always nice to get for free...
