Poem - Insignificant
"Insignificant"
and see
what's hidden among the stars?
Can you see through beyond the mist,
and see
the truth of the world?
Life is big mystery;
a sea full of unknown.
We are but strangers in this world;
mere passerbys
forcefully taking roots.
We see ourselves as the world's king
yet time
will turn as all to dust.
Sands is what will remain of us;
soon to be forgotten
like rust.
Let your feet stay on the ground,
open your eyes
to the truth.
Forget not we are but mere ants;
insignificant
in the grand scheme of things.
