How different people react to sadness
There are many ways people use in trying to make themselves feel happy or normal when they are sad or down, people find solace in certain things when they are sad, and those things are
listening to music
- Some people take to listening to music when they are sad to get rid of it and it really works, there is a saying, you understand the lyrics of song better when you are sad.
sleeping
- Some people love sleeping when they are sad and by the time they wake up, they feel better, it is just like they went to find their happiness in the dreamland
Eating
- It is weird, lol, but actually some people tend to find happiness by eating lot of food when they are sad, the sadness activate an hormone in their body which makes them hungry often
Solitude
- Some people recuperate by staying away from people when they are sad, they tend to recover faster on their own without any comforter
drinking
- This method is so common, many take to drinking to drown their sorrow, but it is really not the best way except you want to become a drunkard
